• Please note that the pre-test is the first required part of the online training*. Pre-test questions are taken directly from the 5 chapters in the online training and test a participant's knowledge of the training material prior to beginning the training. Multiple attempts can be made on each question and there is no time limit for completing the test. A passing score of 40% or greater must be achieved to complete the pre-test.
